1. Introduction
Welcome to Hair by Clare. By booking our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, which outline the expectations and responsibilities for both parties.
2. Booking and Confirmation
Bookings are automatically confirmed. However, we reserve the right to decline any booking that does not meet our policies or requirements.
3. Booking Fees and Payment
We take a percentage of each booking as a non-refundable booking fee. The remaining balance is payable at the end of your appointment by bank transfer, card, or cash.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
We require at least 72 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee equal to the booking fee or a portion of the service cost.
5. Refund Policy
If you experience any problem with our completed service, please notify us within 72 hours. We will assess and may offer a refund or corrective treatment at our discretion.
6. Consultation Forms and Patch Tests
Certain services may require a completed consultation form or patch test beforehand. Failure to complete these may result in cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to provide accurate information about any allergies or health conditions. Honesty ensures safe and suitable services tailored to each client.
8. Use of Personal Information
We only use your personal information for booking and communication purposes. We respect your privacy and will not share your details with third parties without consent.
9. Right to Refuse or Discontinue Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue any service if a client’s behavior, health concerns, or requests make it unsafe or inappropriate to proceed.
10. Liability
We take all reasonable care but accept no liability for unforeseeable events or health-related reactions beyond our control. Please inform us of any health conditions before your service.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. By proceeding with a booking, you accept and agree to comply with them.
